OTICE is hereby given that tenders for the occupation,
for grazing purposes only, of the under-mentioned
land will be received up to 5 p.m., on Wednesday, the 2nd
October, 1889:-

[No. 56
Crown land, about two miles west of Rolleston Railway-
station; area, 155 acres 1 rood 27 perches; upset annual
rental, £7 15s.
Every tender must be accompanied by marked cheque or
post-office order for six months' rent, at the rate tendered,
up to the 1st April, 1890.
The license will be for a yearly tenancy for five years,
subject to six months' notice, should the land be required
by Government.
