Notice under "The Native Equitable Owners Act, 1886."

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 6th September, 1889.

APPLICATION having been made, under section two of
the said Act, by the Natives whose names appear in
the first column of the Schedule hereto, claiming to be
beneficially interested in the lands mentioned in the second
column, situate in the districts set out in the third column:
Notice is hereby given that, at a sitting to be opened at
Kawakawa, Bay of Islands, on the 23rd day of October, 1889,
the Native Land Court will proceed to make inquiry into the
nature of the titles to the said lands and into the nature of
any trusts affecting such titles, and to make such orders
thereon as may appear proper; and at such sitting all
persons, whether Native or European, claiming title to such
lands or to any estate therein, are hereby required to attend.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will,
under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at Shortland Town, on the 8th day of
October, 1889, for investigating the several cases mentioned
in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all
persons interested in the said cases, and having objections
to any of the dealings, are hereby notified to attend.

at Whanganui, on the 28th day of September, 1889, at
10 o'clock in the forenoon, for investigating the case men-
tioned in the Schedule hereunder; at which time and place
all persons interested in the said case, and having objections
to prefer to such dealings, are hereby notified to attend.

10 o'clock in the forenoon, for investigating the cases men-
tioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place

objections to prefer to any such dealings, are hereby notified
to attend.

No. 89-23. Deed of release of covenants of a certain lease
of the Sections 334 and 335, Carnarvon, called Puketotara,
dated the 16th May, 1889, made between Hoani Meihana te
Rangiotu and others of the one part, and Claude Pascal and
Louis Pascal of the other part.

No. 89-24. Deed of conveyance dated the 12th June, 1889,
of part of Section No. 167, Town of Foxton, from Hariata
Kareanui and Hokipua Kareanui (as husband of the afore-
said) to Mary Ann Whyte.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will,

Acts, hold a Court at the Native Land Court Office, Wel-
lington, on Saturday, the 21st day of September, 1889, at 12
o'clock noon, for investigating the cases mentioned in the
Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons
interested in the said cases, and having objections to any
of the dealings, are hereby notified to attend.
