Village-homestead Special-settlement Land in Otago
withdrawn.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the sixth section of "The Land
Act, 1885," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from
and after the day of the date hereof, the Proclamations of
the seventh day of July, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-six, and the thirty-first day of January, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-seven, so far as they relate to the
sections enumerated in the Schedule hereto, shall be and
the same are hereby revoked; and do proclaim and declare
that the said sections are hereby withdrawn from the village-
homestead special-settlement system.

of Cranley in the County of Surrey; Baron
Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop, and
of West Clandon in the County of Surrey; Baron
Cranley, of Imbercourt; Baronet; Knight Grand
Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George; Governor and Com-
mander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony
of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-
Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal
of the said Colony, at the Government House, at
Wellington, this fourteenth day of September,
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hun-
dred and eighty-nine.

Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the one hundred and sixty-sixth
section of "The Land Act, 1885," and the fourteenth section
of "The Land Acts Amendment Act, 1888," I, William
Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, do hereby set apart the lands enumerated in the
Schedule to an Order in Council of even date herewith, and
made under the one hundred and sixty-seventh section of
the said Act, for sale as village settlements, upon such
terms and conditions as are set forth in the said Order in
Council.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right

Onslow in the County of Salop; Viscount Cranley,
of Cranley in the County of Surrey; Baron
Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop, and
