Land Transfer Act Notices.

N OTICE is hereby given that PATRICK ALEXANDER
O'DOWD, claiming as Devisee under the will of the
late CHARLES PATRICK O'DOWD, has made application to be
registered as Proprietor of an estate in fee-simple in those
pieces of land containing together 21 acres 2 roods 21 perches,
being parts of Blocks Nos. 1 and 2, Puketapu District, and
part of Suburban Sections 50, 51, and 64, Meeanee Dis-
trict, which lands are comprised in certificates of title issued
to the said Charles Patrick O'Dowd, registered in Vol. ii.,
folio 140, Vol. iii., folio 216, and Vol. iv., folio 113; and further
that the Applicant will be registered accordingly, at the
expiration of one month from the date of the Gazette con-
taining this notice, unless in the meantime a caveat be lodged
forbidding the same.
