SCHEDULE.

  1. APPLICATION received the 23rd May, 1889, made by W. H.
    Taipari and others, for a rehearing upon the decision of the
    Court declaring the Native owners of Ngaukehu Kauri No. 4.
  2. Application received the 31st May, 1889, made by Te
    Reweti Tauwhetoko and others, for a rehearing upon the de-
    cision of the Court declaring the Native owners of Ngawha-
    kapoupou.
  3. Application received the 6th June, 1889, made by Nga-
    pari Whaiapu and others, for a hearing upon the decision of
    the Court declaring the Native owners of Haereawatea.
    4-11. Application received the 26th June, 1888, made by
    Piatarihi Tiaho te Waaka, for a rehearing upon the decision
    of the Court appointing successors to Tamati Waaka te Puhi,
    in Otautu, Poihakene, Moehau Nos. 1G, 1J, 1M, 1N, and
    Otautu Nos. 1 and 2.

Sitting of Court to hear and determine upon Application
for Rehearing.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Chief Judge, sitting
with an Assessor, will, in open Court, at Mercer, on
the 14th day of October, 1889, hear and determine upon the
application for rehearing mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
All persons interested in the said application are required
to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

    the Court appointing a successor to Mata Tarapatiki, in

Sitting of Court to inquire into the Sale of certain Land.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Chief Judge of the
Native Land Court will, with an Assessor, attend at
the Courthouse, Cambridge, on Wednesday, the 16th day of
October, 1889, and make inquiry into the circumstances of
the sale of land specified in the Schedule hereto, and upon
such inquiry such recommendation will be made as may
seem fit.

    acres 1 rood 16 perches, made by Mihi Mita and others to
    Thomas Russell, evidenced by conveyance dated the 30th
    November, 1876.

Sitting of Court to inquire into the Sale of certain Lands.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Chief Judge of the

the Courthouse, Shortland, on Tuesday, the 8th day of
October, 1889, and make inquiry into the circumstances of
the several sales of land specified in the Schedule hereto,
and upon such inquiry such recommendations will be made
as may seem fit.

    roods 36 perches, made by Ngapari Whaiapu and other
    Natives to James Marshall, evidenced by conveyance dated

    acres, made by Raika Whakarongotai to Francis McCor-
    mick, evidenced by conveyance dated the 8th May, 1889.
