N OTICE is hereby given that tenders for the occupation,
for grazing purposes only, of the under-mentioned
lands will be received up to 5 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday,
the 18th September, 1889:-
TOWN OF SOUTH RAKAIA.
Reserve 1657, 1 rood 27 perches. Upset annual rental, £1.
Town Section 714, 1 rood. Upset annual rental, £1.
The licenses will be granted under section 25 of "The
Public Reserves Act, 1881," for a yearly tenancy, subject to
six months' notice.

N accordance with section 188 of "The Land Act, 1885,"
I hereby give notice that the runs enumerated in the
Schedule hereto will be declared forfeited if the amount of
rent due, together with the penalty for non-payment, are
not paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Hokitika, within
three months from the date of first insertion of this notice.

with an Assessor, will, in open Court, at Kapanga,
Coromandel, on the 1st day of October, 1889, hear and deter-

Wiremu Ututangata, for a rehearing upon the decision of
the Court making partition of Pukemako. - Application received the 11th January, 1889, made by
Reupena Rongo and others, for a rehearing upon the decision
of the Court making partition of Kuparukaitaha (Harataunga
East).
