Schedule hereto will be declared forfeited if the amount of
rent due, together with the penalty for non-payment, are
not paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Hokitika, within
three months from the date of first insertion of this notice.

   upon the decision of the Court making partition of Hara-

6. Application received the 6th December, 1888, made by
   Wiremu Ututangata, for a rehearing upon the decision of
   the Court making partition of Pukemako.
7. Application received the 11th January, 1889, made by
   Reupena Rongo and others, for a rehearing upon the decision
   of the Court making partition of Kuparukaitaha (Harataunga
   East).
