NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND:
DISTRICT OF WELLINGTON.
IN the matter of a decision given at a sitting of the said Court at Greytown, on the 25th day of July, 1889, on the partition of the land known as the Oroi Reserve; and in the matter of an application for a rehearing, made within three months after the said decision, by Kohea Tahana:
Upon inquiry in open Court by the Chief Judge, assisted by Hohepa Horomona, Assessor, on the 13th and 16th days of August, 1889:
I, Hugh Garden Seth Smith, Chief Judge, in exercise of the authority committed to me in that behalf, do hereby dismiss the said application.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Chief Judge, sitting with an Assessor, will, in open Court at Waitara, on the 16th day of September, 1889, hear and determine upon an application for a rehearing, received on the 12th instant, upon a decision of the Native Land Court given at Mokau on the 25th day of May, 1889, and making a partition of Mokau Mohakatino No. 2 Block. All persons interested in the said application are required to attend at the time and place aforesaid.
