Vaccination Districts constituted.

ONSLOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in the
Governor by "The Public Health Act, 1876," I, William
Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing vaccination districts
known as the Invercargill, Wyndham, Winton, Gore, and
Mataura Districts, and do declare that the territory here-
tofore comprised within the said districts is hereby divided
anew into five vaccination districts, the names whereof shall
be the Invercargill, Wyndham, Winton, Gore, and Mataura
Districts, and the boundaries whereof shall be coterminous
with the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the
same names as are set forth in a Proclamation of even date
herewith, made under the provisions of "The Marriage Act,
1880."

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this nineteenth day of August, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-nine.

Trustees appointed for the Fortrose Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

WILLIAM DUNLOP and
JAMES MCFADZIEN

to be Trustees, in the place of George Hunt Attwood and
William Gregory, resigned, to provide for the maintenance
and care of the Fortrose Cemetery, in conjunction with the
other persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His
Excellency the Governor on the fourteenth day of Decem
ber, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-fourth day of August, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-nine.

Trustee appointed for the Hampden (Nelson) Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

ROBERT THOMSON

to be a Trustee, in the place of Thomas Kerr, resigned, to
provide for the maintenance and care of the Hampden
(Nelson) Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons
appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the
Governor on the twenty-fifth day of June, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-eight.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-fourth day of August, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-nine.

JOHN DARCEY CONNOLLY, Esq.,

to act as United States Consul at Auckland, received Her
Majesty's signature on the 10th July, and that the notifica-
tion of Her Majesty's approval of this appointment duly
appeared in the London Gazette of the 12th July, 1889.
