Land Transfer Act Notices.

N OTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land
hereinafter described will be brought under the pro-
visions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1885," unless caveat be
lodged forbidding the same within one calendar month after
the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

  1. WALTER MACFARLANE.—143 acres 2 roods 11
    perches, part Rural Sections 865, 1123, 3093, 3129, 3141,
    3142, 3143, 3144, 3169, 3170, 3919, and 4719, Blocks VII. and
    VIII., Rangiora Survey District. Unoccupied.

  2. FREDERICK TRENT.—1 acre 3 roods 9 perches,
    part Rural Section 135, Block XI., Christchurch Survey Dis-
    trict. With right-of-way. Occupied by Henry Laing.

W HEREAS a declaration has been lodged with me,
made on behalf of the registered Proprietor of Sec-
tion No. 7, Block V., Lower Hawea District, of the loss of
the certificate of title for the said land, dated the 8th
September, 1886, Register-book, Vol. lxxx., folio 80: I
hereby give notice that I intend to issue a provisional
certificate of title for the said land to DONALD MCLEAN, of
Lower Hawea, Farmer, unless caveat be lodged here forbid-
ding the same within fourteen days from the date of the
publication hereof.
