And I have appointed Thursday, the 3rd day of October
next, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, at this office, to hear
the said applications and all objections thereto; and I require
all persons having an interest in opposing the grant of any
such Letters Patent to leave, on or before the 18th day of
September next, at this office, particulars in writing of their
objections to any of the said applications, otherwise they will
be precluded from urging the same.

Court to be held at Gisborne on the 5th day of August,
1889, orders will, unless cause be then shown to the Court to
the contrary, be made in favour of the said Surveyors respect-
ively, charging the estate and interest of the respective Native
owners of the said lands with the whole or such part of the
said cost of survey so made for them as the Court may deem
fit.
