Native Land Court Office, Whanganui, 17th April, 1889.

IT is hereby notified that at a sitting of this Court, to be holden at Whanganui, on the fifth day of June, 1889, the Court
will proceed to hear and determine the several claims of the
persons named in the first column of the annexed
Schedule, to have their names included in the respective lists, as
land named in the second column of the said Schedule. All persons so preferring claims, or objecting thereto, are notified
to attend at the above time and place.

"Native Equitable Owners Act, 1886."

Wellington, 3rd May, 1889.

APPLICATION having been made, under section 2 of
the said Act, by the Native whose name appears in
the first column of the Schedule hereto, claiming to be
beneficially interested in the lands mentioned in the second
column, situate in the district set out in the third column:
Notice is hereby given that, at a sitting to be opened at
Lower Hutt (Heretaunga), on the 5th day of June, 1889,
the Native Land Court will proceed to make inquiry into the
nature of the titles to the said lands and into the nature of
any trusts affecting such titles, and to make such orders
thereon as may appear proper; and at such sitting all
persons, whether Native or European, claiming title to such
lands, or to any estate therein, are hereby required to attend.

NOTICE is hereby given that it has, under section
81 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1886," been
certified to this Court that there had become owing to the

column, for a survey of such land made by the said Surveyor.
