Bounded on the north-eastward (4894·6 links), on the south-
eastward (4146·7 links), on the south-westward (143 and
1399·6 links), and on the north-westward (4145·9 links)
from Crown lands; excepting and excluding a public road 1 chain
width, which crosses the said section. The northern
corner of the said section is 441·3 links north and 1487 links
east from Subsidiary Trig. Station EE : be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan

CANTERBURY.

All that parcel of land in the Land District of Canterbury,
containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being
Section No. 2840 (in red), and situate in Block V., Pigeon
Bay Survey District, being that island in Port Levy known
as Horomanga; as the same is delineated on the map de-
posited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch. For a
landing-place.

OTAGO.

All that parcel of land in the Land District of Otago, con-
taining by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Sec-
tion No. 43, Block XX., Shotover Survey District. Bounded
on the north-west by commonage reserve, 1000 links; on
the north-east by commonage reserve, 1022 links; on the
south by Section No. 32 of same block, 229 links; on the
south-east by said Section No. 32, 869 links; and on the
south-west by the Town of Queenstown, 1147 links : be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is deli-
neated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Sur-

containing by admeasurement 18 acres 3 roods, more or less,
being Reserve No. 291 (in red), Block XI., Arnold Survey
District. Bounded on the north by Native Reserve No. 34;
on the east by part of Coal Reserve No. 274, on the south
by other part of Coal Reserve No. 274, 1250 links; and on
the west by the Arnold Road, 2000 links: be all the afore-
said linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on
the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Hoki-
tika. For recreation purposes.
