ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement 10 acres 1 rood 11 perches,
more or less, situate in the Strath-Taieri District, and being
Section No. 75 of Block IX., Strath-Taieri District. Bounded
towards the north and north-west by St. Asaph Street
(Town of Arden), 1326 and 561 links; also by Sections Nos.
1 and 2 of Block XXIV. (Town of Arden), 500 links;
towards the south-east by Swansea Street (Town of Arden),
1116 links; towards the south by Section No. 74 of Block
IX., Strath-Taieri, 980 links; and towards the south-west by
Aberafon Street (Town of Arden), 900 links: be all the afore-
said linkages more or less.

N OTICE is hereby given that it has, under section
81 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1886," been
certified to this Court that there had become owing to each
certified Surveyor named in the first column in the Schedule
herein the sum set opposite his name in the second column,
by the Native owners of the land mentioned in the third
column, for a survey of such land made by the said Surveyor.

And further notice is hereby given that, at a sitting of the
Court to be held at Shortland Thames, on the 1st day of
May, 1889, orders will, unless cause be then shown to the
Court to the contrary, be made in favour of the said Surveyors
respectively, charging the estate and interest of the respec-
tive Native owners of the said lands with the whole or such
part of the said cost of survey so made for them as the Court
may deem fit.

N OTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will,
under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at the Native Land Court Office, Welling-
ton, on Tuesday, the 16th day of April, 1889, at 10 o'clock in
the forenoon, for investigating the cases mentioned in the
Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons in-
terested in the said cases, and having objections to any of
the dealings, are hereby notified to attend.
