35358, and 35920, containing 342 acres; also all the unsold
and unsurveyed land within the Heslerton Run, and lying
near the north bank of the River Rakaia and east of the
main line of railway.

671 acres, situated in Block III., Hurst Survey Dis-
trict. Being Section No. 35857, containing 3 acres; also all
the unsold and unsurveyed land within the boundaries of
Hurst's Run, and lying near the north bank of the River
Rakaia and about seven and a half miles from its mouth.

2,857 acres, situated in Blocks VII., XIII., and XI.,
Stonyhurst and Weld Survey Districts. Being seven sepa-
rate blocks of unsurveyed land adjoining freehold within the
Stonyhurst Run, and containing respectively 26, 532, 102,
294, 374, 474, and 1,055 acres, and situate between the
Hurunui River and the ocean.

90 acres, situated in Block II., Stonyhurst Survey
District. Being all the unsold land within the fork of the
Rivers Hurunui and Waikara eastward of Section No.
11045.

252 acres, situated in the McKerrow Survey District.
Bounded on the north-east by Section No. 33376 and a public
road; on the south-east by the Makarora River; on the
south-west by the Tiel Creek; and on the north-west by a
line in continuation of the north-west boundary of Section No.
33376: excepting Section No. 35301, included within the
above-described boundaries.

536 acres, situated in the McKerrow Survey District.
Bounded on the south-east by Sections Nos. 21024, 21025,
and 21026; and on the south-west and north-west by the
Makarora River.

490 acres, situated in the McKerrow Survey District.
Bounded on the north-east by a public road; on the south-
east by a line from the south-east corner of Section No.
34795 to the most easterly angle of the road forming the
eastern boundary of Reserve 2246; and on the south-east
and north-east by a public road and Sections Nos. 21026,
21025, and 21024.

240 acres, situated in the McKerrow Survey District.
Bounded on the north-east by Cameron's Creek; on the
south-east by a line parallel to the Makarora River and 40
chains on the average therefrom; on the south-west by a
line at right angles to the south-east boundary; and on the
north-west by the Makarora River.

115 acres, situated in the North Tekapo Survey District.
Bounded on the north and east by Section No. 33316 and
Lake Pukaki; and on the south-west and north-west by Lake
Pukaki.

120 acres, situated in the Jollie Survey District. Bounded
on the north by Section No. 33297; on the east by a public
road; on the south by Section No. 33316; and on the west
