District. Bounded on the north by Section No. 33119,
Run 86, and freehold land; on the east and south by Run
86; and again on the west by said run and a public road.

District. Bounded on the north and west by Lake Pukaki;
on the south-west by Ferry Reserve No. 182; on the south-
east by a line between the north-eastern corner of said
reserve and Trig. Station U; and from thence by a north and
south line to Lake Pukaki.

70 acres, situated in Block XIII., Pukaki Survey Dis-
trict. Bounded on the north-west by Ferry Reserve No. 182;

Survey District. Bounded on the north-west by Run 87; on
the north-east by said run and a branch of the Twizel River;
and on the south-west by the Twizel River and Fraser

District. Bounded on the north by Section No. 33798; on
the east by Lake Pukaki; and on the south and west by the

Survey District. Being Sections Nos. 35894 and 35898, con-
taining 57 acres; also all the unsold and unsurveyed land
within the boundaries of the Westerfield Run, and lying
between the Rivers Ashburton and Hinds.

2,320 acres, situated in Block XIV., Westerfield Survey
District. Being all the unsold and unsurveyed land within
the boundaries of the Hinds Run, and lying between the
Upper Ashburton Railway and Hinds River.

412 acres, situated in Block X., Westerfield Survey
District. Being Sections Nos. 35899, 35900, and 35904; also

1,721 acres, situated in the Hinds and Rangitata Survey
Districts. Being Sections Nos. 35867, 35868, 35871, 35874,
35879, 35881, 35882, 35883, and 35903, containing 371 acres;
also all the unsold and unsurveyed land within the boun-
daries of the Maronan Run, and lying between the Rivers
Hinds and Rangitata.

11,050 acres, situated in Blocks XIV. and II., Shep-
herd's Bush and Rangitata Survey Districts. Being Sec-
tions Nos. 35878, 35880, 35884, 35886, 35889, 35890, and
35891, containing 235 acres; also all the unsold and unsur-
veyed land within the boundaries of the Cracroft Run, and
lying between the Rivers Hinds and Rangitata.

610 acres, situated in Blocks XII. and IX., Tripp and
Alford Survey Districts. Bounded on the north and north-
west by Educational Reserve No. 1357 and the south branch
of the River Ashburton; on the north-east and south-east
by freehold land; and on the south-west by a line from the
north-eastern corner of Section No. 34118 to the nearest
