"Friendly Societies Act, 1882."--Cancelling of Registry.

Friendly Societies' Registry Office,
Wellington, 26th March, 1889.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly
Societies has, pursuant to section 10 of "The
Friendly Societies Act, 1882," by writing under his hand
dated this 26th day of March, 1889, cancelled the registry of
the Delta Lodge, Register No. 13 (13), held at Helensville,
Branch of the Auckland District, Manchester Unity, Inde-
pendent Order of Odd Fellows, on the ground that the said
lodge has ceased to exist.

NOTICE is hereby given that it has, under section 81 of
"The Native Land Court Act, 1886," been certified to
this Court that there had become owing to the certified
Surveyor named in the first column in the Schedule herein
the sum set opposite his name in the second column, by the
Native owners of the land mentioned in the third column,
for a survey of such land made by the said Surveyor.

And further notice is hereby given that, at a sitting of the
Court to be held at Rawene, Hokianga, on the 9th day
of April, 1889, an order will, unless cause be then shown to
the Court to the contrary, be made in favour of the said
Surveyor, charging the estate and interest of the respective
Native owners of the said land with the whole or such part
of the said cost of survey so made for them as the Court
may deem fit.
