Kermadec (Sunday) Island set apart for Leasing as Small
Grazing Runs under "The Land Act, 1885."

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the one hundred and ninety-seventh
section of "The Land Act, 1885," and of every other power
and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William
Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, do hereby declare that the sections of land
enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the
provisions of sections one hundred and ninety-eight to two
hundred and nineteen of Part VII. of "The Land Act, 1885,"
relating to small grazing runs.

Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's
Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies,
and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under
the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government
House, at Wellington, this twenty-first day of
February, in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-nine.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the second section of "The
Public Reserves Sale Act, 1888," and the one hundred and
sixty-sixth section of "The Land Act, 1885," I, William
Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, do hereby set apart the lands enumerated in
the Schedule to an Order in Council of even date herewith,
and made under the one hundred and sixty-seventh section
of the said Act, for sale as village settlements, upon such
terms and conditions as are set forth in the said Order
in Council.
Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William
Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General
in Her Majesty's Army, Knight Grand Cross of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Companion of the Most Honourable
Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in-
Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony of New

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the sixth section of "The Land
Act, 1885," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare
that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the Pro-
clamation of the sixteenth day of July, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-six, by His Excellency the Governor,
setting apart the section of land mentioned in the Schedule
thereto for leasing as a small grazing run shall be and the
