Private Advertisements.

In the matter of "The Companies Act, 1882," and in the
matter of the voluntary winding-up of the Ashburton
Woollen Manufacturing Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above
company are required, on or before the 22nd day of
March, 1889, to send their names and addresses and the
particulars of their debts or claims, with the names and
addresses of their solicitors, if any, to Mr. John H.
Twentyman, of Ashburton, the Liquidator of the said
company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the
said Liquidator, are by their solicitors to come in and prove
their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be
specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be
excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before
such debts are proved.

With respect to creditors not resident in the colony,
and who are not represented by attorneys or agents in the
colony, the time for sending in claims is extended to the
1st day of July, 1889.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between ANDREW
ADAMS, WILLIAM KERNOHAN, and JAMES MCCAHON,
trading together in Timaru under the style of "Adams and
Co.," Drapers, has been this day dissolved, as from the 1st
instant, by mutual consent.

All debts due to and by the said firm will be collected and
paid by the said Andrew Adams, who will continue the
business on his own account, under the style of "Adams and
Co."

Dated at Timaru, this 18th day of February, 1889.
