Land Transfer Act Notices.

N the matter of a Lease No. 795, from THOMAS WHYTE
YOUNG and HUGH GULLY to JOHN MARTIN
FREDERICK FABER, of Allotment No. 54 of Section No.
15, Town of Hawera, comprised in certificates of title, Vol.
xvi., folios 22 and 23: Notice of re-entry and determination
of the above lease, on the ground of non-fulfilment of
covenant, will be entered on the register, on the application
of the registered Proprietors, unless caveat be lodged with
the District Land Registrar on or before the expiry of one
month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
Dated this 13th day of February, 1889, at the Lands
