NOTICE is hereby given that a statutory declaration of the loss of certificate of title in favour of MARY RYAN for Lots 15 and 16 of a subdivision into lots of part of a block of land called or known by the name of Te Umuhau, and numbered 2490, in the District of Coromandel, Queen's County, and being the whole of the land comprised in Vol. xxv., folio 176, of the Register-book, having been filed in this office, and application having been made for the issue of a provisional certificate for the same, it is my intention to issue such certificate unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 10th day of January, 1889.
