DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto existing between NATHANIEL
RANDELL and JAMES STARK ANGUS, trading as "Randell
and Angus," of Newmarket, near Auckland, Plumbers, has
this day been dissolved by mutual consent; and Mr. Nathaniel
Randell having bought the interest of "Randell and Angus"
(the late firm), he will discharge all liabilities and receive all
accounts due to the firm.
Dated this 3rd day of December, 1888.

NOTICE is hereby given that the business heretofore
carried on in copartnership by the undersigned,
under the firm of "Earll and McKenzie," has been this day
dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts due to and by the late firm will be received and
paid respectively by the undersigned W. B. EARLL.

I HEREBY give notice that I have sold my share in the
business known as "Walker, Reeve, and Co.," Wholesale
Boot Manufacturers, Christchurch, to JOHN WASHINGTON
WALKER, FRANK REEVE, and JOHN FISHER, they taking
over all liabilities in connection with said business.

In the matter of the Masterton Theatre Royal Company
(Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named
company, duly convened and held at Masterton on
the 1st day of December, 1888, the following extraordinary
resolution was duly passed:—
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meet-
ing that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities con-
tinue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the
same, and accordingly that the company be wound up volun-
tarily."
The above resolution is intended to take effect under sub-
section 3 of section 189 of "The Companies Act, 1882." And
at the same meeting MYER CASELBERG, of Masterton, Store-
keeper, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such
winding-up.

In the matter of "The Foreign Companies Act, 1884."
NOTICE is hereby given that the office of the Paroquet
Gold-mining Company (No Liability), where legal pro-
ceedings of any kind may be served upon it, and to which
notices of any kind may be addressed or given, is situate at
the Paroquet Mine, Waiomo Creek, Waiomo, near Thames,
in the Provincial District of Auckland.

I, BERNARD SLOANE LAUSON, Member of the Royal College
of Surgeons of England, and Licentiate of the Royal
College of Physicians of London, now residing at Dunedin,
hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to you, on
the 11th day of January, 1889, to have my name placed on
the Medical Register of the Colony of New Zealand; and
that I have deposited my evidences of qualifications for
public inspection in the office of the Registrar of Births,
Deaths, and Marriages, Dunedin.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s.
per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than
three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per
line for each insertion.
For half-yearly statements under the Mining Act the
charge is 2s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday even-
ing in each week, and notices for insertion must be received
by the Government Printer before two o'clock of the day
preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post office money orders should
be made payable.
Postage or duty stamps cannot be received in payment
from any place at which postal notes or post office orders are
issued.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of 5 per cent.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAY-
MENT BEING MADE.
