de bonis non and Devisee of will of GEORGE FOLKES, late of
North-east Valley, Gentleman, deceased, has applied to be
registered as Proprietress of Allotments 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, and
part of 10 and 15, Block II., on plan of part of the Township
of Calton, and being part of the land comprised in Register-
book, Vol. xiv., folio 64. Applicant will be registered
accordingly, unless caveat be lodged in this office forbidding
the same on or before the 27th day of January, 1889.

THE OKARITO GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY
(LIMITED), IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that, at a special general meet-
ing of shareholders of the Okarito Gold-dredging
Company (Limited), held at No. 1, Grain Agency Buildings,
Christchurch, New Zealand, on Monday, the 12th November,
1888, at 4 p.m., the following special resolutions were passed,
and at a subsequent special general meeting of shareholders,
held at No. 1, Grain Agency Buildings, Christchurch, New
Zealand, on Monday, the 3rd December, 1888, at 4 p.m., the
said special resolutions were confirmed.
The special resolutions are as under:—
- “That the Okarito Gold-dredging Company (Limited) be
wound up voluntarily.” - “That John Connal, of Christchurch, New Zealand,
Merchant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the
purpose of such winding-up, and that the fee be thirty
guineas.”

the hands of the Honourable THEODORE MINET HAULTAIN,
Gentleman, CHARLES ALEXANDER, Agent, ROBERT WALKER,
Gum Merchant, and PHILIP HERAPATH, Architect, all of
Auckland, as Trustees.
NOTICE is hereby given that a scheme, under the provi-
sions of the above Act, dealing with certain moneys
in the hands of the said Trustees, together with the report
thereon of the Honourable the Attorney-General of New
Zealand, has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the
Supreme Court at Auckland by the said Trustees, and the same
will be laid before His Honour Mr. Justice Gillies, a Judge
of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, for the consideration
of the said Judge at Auckland; and, further, that the said
scheme and report now lie at the said Registrar's office,
and are open for inspection by the public free of charge;
and, further, that at the first sitting of the said Judge at the
Supreme Courthouse at Auckland after the expiration of
three weeks from the date hereof the said Judge will proceed
to hear and determine all matters relating to such scheme,
and make such order thereon as such Judge shall think fit.
