Also all that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, called or known as Section No. 31 of the Suburbs of Tuakau. Bounded towards the north-east by a road-line and Section No. 80, 1250 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 80 aforesaid, 850 links; towards the south-west by a road reserve along the Waikato River; and towards the north-west by a road-line, 875 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. |

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Also all that parcel of land in the Land District of Southland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 6 perches, more or less, being Section No. 5, Block IV., Town of Fortrose. Bounded on the north by Section No. 4 of said block, 621·8 links; on the east by Beauly Street, 70 links; on the south-east by Farrar Street, 759·5 links; and on the west by Section No. 6 of said block, 505·6 links. Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Invercargill. |

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the under-mentioned gentlemen to be Superintendent Collectors of Agricultural Statistics for the collection of February, 1889, under “The Census Act, 1877,” and to define that the district for which each shall act shall be that portion of the colony comprised by the counties or parts of counties specified opposite his name, including the boroughs within their defined boundaries:—
