of the shareholders of the Arrow River Tunnel Gold-
mining Company (Limited), held at the company's registered
office, Arrowtown, on the 10th day of November, 1888, it was
resolved and confirmed that the company be voluntarily
wound up, and that Mr. HENRY B. SMITH be appointed
