NOTICE is hereby given that the application for the rehearing of the Punakitere No. 2 Block, advertised to be heard at Herd's Point, Hokianga, on the 12th day of March, 1885, and adjourned, will be heard at Waimate North, Bay of Islands, on the 5th day of December, 1888.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Chief Judge, sitting with an Assessor, will, in open Court, at Waimate North, on the 5th day of December, 1888, hear and determine upon all applications for rehearing upon the several decisions of the Native Land Court mentioned in the Schedule hereto; and all persons interested in the said applications are required to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

Sitting of the Native Land Court for determining Compensation for Land taken, etc.

Gisborne, 6th November, 1888.
NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Hastings, on Monday, the 3rd day of December, 1888, for the purpose of ascertaining what amount of compensation ought to be paid to the Native owners of the lands known as Tahoraita No. 2 and Oringi Wairuha, with respect to the land taken under a Proclamation issued under the hand of His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, on the 23rd day of March, 1888, for the purposes of the Wellington-Napier Railway, and also for the purpose of ascertaining who are the proper persons to receive such compensation, and what land is affected by the said Proclamation.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of the Native Land Court, to be held at Hastings, on Monday, the 3rd day of December, 1888, the Court will further consider and make its award in the matter of the compensation payable under the Public Works Acts in relation to 11 acres 3 roods 39 perches, part of the Koparokore Block, taken under the said Act.
