No. 3315.—Monsieur LE COMTE ÉDOUARD DE ROTTERMUND, of Bludow, Volhynia, Russia, Landowner, has deposited at this office a specification of an invention for a new or improved process for extracting gold, silver, and other metals from refractory ores, sands, and residues.

And I have appointed Tuesday, the 5th day of March next, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at this office, to hear the said applications and all objections thereto; and I require all persons having an interest in opposing the grant of any such Letters Patent to leave, on or before the 18th day of February next, at this office, particulars in writing of their objections to any of the said applications, otherwise they will be precluded from urging the same.

No. 3319.—JOHN WILLIAM WILLIAMS, of Pakaraka, Bay of Islands, New Zealand, Grazier, and WILLIAM FREDERICK HEWITT, of Waimate, Bay of Islands aforesaid, Carpenter, have deposited at this office a specification of an invention for improved perforated lead-edged galvanised-iron ridging for corrugated-iron roofing, title, “Williams and Hewitt’s Improved Perforated Lead-edged Ridging.”

No. 3320.—EDWIN TOMS, of Peters Street, Wellington, New Zealand, Carpenter, has deposited at this office a specification of an invention for the Wainui automatic water-flush.

No. 3321.—MAURICE JAMES KEATING, of Sydney, New South Wales, Lieutenant in the Naval Artillery Volunteers, has deposited at this office a specification of an invention for improvements in targets and in apparatus to be used therewith.

No. 3322.—WALTER COOP, of No. 41, Little Lonsdale Street East, Melbourne, Victoria, Lead Manufacturer, has deposited at this office a specification of an invention for an improved method of, and apparatus for, manufacturing lead, shot, or balls.

And I have appointed Wednesday, the 6th day of March next, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at this office, to hear the said applications and all objections thereto; and I require all persons having an interest in opposing the grant of any such Letters Patent to leave, on or before the 19th day of February next, at this office, particulars in writing of their objections to any of the said applications, otherwise they will be precluded from urging the same.

No. 3328.—JOSEPH JAMES MACKY, of Auckland, New Zealand, has deposited at this office a specification of an invention for an improved method of making corrugated metal sheets, to be called “The Super-corrugated Metal Sheeting.”

And I have appointed Thursday, the 7th day of March next, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at this office, to hear the said applications and all objections thereto; and I require all persons having an interest in opposing the grant of any such Letters Patent to leave, on or before the 20th day of February next, at this office, particulars in writing of their objections to any of the said applications, otherwise they will be precluded from urging the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will, under the authority and for the purposes of the said Acts, hold a Court at the Courthouse, Cambridge, on the 14th day of November, 1888, for investigating the case mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons interested in the said case, and having objections to the dealings, are hereby notified to attend.

IN accordance with section 188 of “The Land Act, 1885,” I hereby notify that the run described in the Schedule hereto will be declared forfeited if the amount of rent due, together with the penalty for non-payment, are not paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Napier, within three months from the date of first insertion of this notice.
