IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon
me by "The Special Powers and Contracts Act, 1886," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a site for a public hall, to be managed by Trustees to be appointed by the Governor.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Land District of Wellington,
containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being
Section No. 116, Block IX., Paikakariki Survey District.
Bounded on the north-west, north-east, and south-east by
Section No. 115; and on the south-west by a public road:
as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office
of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this fifteenth day of October, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-eight.

Trustee appointed for Clifton (Nelson) Cemetery.

vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
CHARLES WILLIAM NALDER
to be a Trustee, in the place of Thomas Harwood, resigned,
to provide for the maintenance and care of the Clifton
(Nelson) Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons
appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency
the Governor on the thirtieth day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-six.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-third day of October, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-eight.

to be a Trustee, in the place of James Ramsay, deceased, to
provide for the maintenance and care of the Hyde Cemetery,
in conjunction with the other persons appointed by warrant
under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government on the fourteenth day of September, one thou-
sand eight hundred and eighty-one.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-third day of October, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-eight.
