NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership in the
business of Auctioneers, Land, Station, Stock, Wool,
Grain, and Commission Agents, heretofore carried on by the
undersigned at Invercargill, in the Provincial District of
Otago, under the style and firm of "Carswell, White, and
Co.," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the first
day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
eight; and that the business will in future be carried on by
the undersigned Hugh Carswell, who will receive all debts
owing to, and pay and discharge all debts owing by, the late
firm.
Dated this twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-eight.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately
subsisting between us, the undersigned REGINALD
FAIRFAX WADE, LANCELOT FLETCHER, and JOHN LOWTHER
FLETCHER, carrying on the business of Sheep-farmers, at
Waireka, in the County of Selwyn, New Zealand, commonly,
known under the style of "Wade and Fletcher," has this
day been dissolved by mutual consent, so far as regards the
said Reginald Fairfax Wade, who retires from the partner-
ship.
As witness our hands, this 4th day of October, 1888.

THE MANAIA DAIRY COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that the shareholders of the
above-named company did on Saturday, the 6th day of
October, 1888, at an extraordinary general meeting, con-
firm the following special resolution which was passed at an
extraordinary general meeting of the said company, held on
the 8th day of September, 1888, viz.: "That the Manaia
Dairy Company (Limited) requires the company to be
wound up voluntarily."
