Native Land Court Notices.

In the Native Land Court of New Zealand.—Mokau-
Mohakatino No. 1 Block.

WHEREAS by an order of the Court, made on the 23rd
day of June, 1882, during a sitting held at Waitara,
for investigation of the title to land named in such order,
Mokau-Mohakatino No. 1, it was ordered that a certificate
to such land should be issued, pursuant to "The Native
Land Court, Act, 1880," when a sufficient plan and descrip-
tion had been deposited in Court: And whereas a survey of
the said land having been made, and plan and description
having been deposited in Court, notice dated the 26th day of
June last was given thereof, and that the said plan would, at
a time and place mentioned in the said notice, be deposited
for public inspection; and by the said notice all persons
desirous of objecting to the boundaries of Mokau-Mohakatino
No. 1, as set out in said plan, were required to state their
objections to the Court in writing, as in the said notice
mentioned: And whereas objections in writing as aforesaid
have been duly stated in pursuance of the said notice:

Now notice is hereby given that all the objections afore-
said will be heard and determined at a sitting of the Native
Land Court, to be held at New Plymouth, on Wednesday, the
7th day of November, 1888, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, when
the parties making such objections aforesaid, and the parties
claiming under the said order of the 23rd day of June, 1882,
are hereby required to appear and give evidence, and the
Court will thereon proceed to adjust the boundaries of
Mokau-Mohakatino No. 1 according to the rights of the
several parties interested.
