perches), to a road-line dividing, inter alia, Sections 212 and 211; and thence under its surface in a west by south direction for a distance of about 5 chains to its junction with the aforesaid road-line dividing Sections 212 and 185; and thence below the surface of the said road-line lying between Sections 211, 210, 207, and 206 on the one hand, and Sections 186, 209, 208, 204 and 205 on the other hand, to the Fitzherbert Road Bridge, across the Manawatu River; and thence across the said bridge into the Borough of Palmerston North: be all or any of the aforesaid measurements, distances, and areas a little more or less.
