Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Supreme Gold-mining Company as a Limited
Company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Act, 1886."

  1. The name of the company is to be the Supreme Gold-
    mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at Rainy Creek, near Reef-
    ton, in the County of Inangahua, New Zealand.
  3. The registered office of the company will be situated in
    Broadway, Reefton.
  4. The nominal capital of the company is fourteen thou-
    sand pounds, in twenty-eight thousand shares of ten shil-
    lings each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-eight
    thousand, being the entire number of shares in the company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is nil.
  8. The name of the Manager is William Hindmarsh.
  9. The names, addresses, and occupations of the share-
