Bounded towards the north-east and east generally by the Kaitoke Creek and the sea; towards the south-east by Allotment No. 92, Parish of Aotea; towards the west generally by a road and Section No. 180 of the aforesaid parish; and towards the north-west by Sections Nos. 134 and 135 of the Parish of Aotea to the point of commencement. Description of Land: Open, fern, undulating land.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 690 acres, more or less, and situate in the Parish of Aotea, Great Barrier Island. Bounded towards the north generally by a road reserve along the Awana Stream; towards the south, east, and south-east by a road, Section No. 169, Parish of Aotea, and by a line from the south-west angle of Section No. 169 aforesaid to Trig. Station F'; thence towards the south-west by Section No. 181 of the aforesaid parish, 1991 and 5000 links; and towards the north-west by a line bearing 32° 31' 37" to the point of commencement.
