SCHEDULE.
THE parcel of land mentioned hereunder:—

Approximate Area of the Parcel of Land required to be taken. Being Portion of Rural Section No. Situated in the Christchurch Survey District, Block No. Situated in the Borough of
A. R. P. 0 1 0·4 79 XV. Sydenham.

In the Provincial District of Canterbury; as the said parcel of land is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 15826, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of the Honourable Sir James Prendergast, Knight, Chief Justice, for and on behalf of His Excellency the Governor, and as his duly-appointed Deputy, in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eighth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a portion of the Waikato-Thames Railway, namely, a portion of the Hikutaiā Section: And whereas all conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land in the manner hereby provided have been observed and performed: Now, therefore, I, James Prendergast, in the name and on behalf of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, and as his duly-appointed Deputy, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section one hundred and thirty of “The Public Works Act, 1882,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling him in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is taken for the portion of the said line of railway hereinbefore specified.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, James Prendergast, Knight, Chief Justice, in the name and on behalf of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, and as his duly-appointed Deputy, do hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the Proclamation of the seventeenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven, so far as it relates to the section mentioned in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby revoked; and do proclaim and declare that the said section is hereby withdrawn from the deferred-payment system; and I do further proclaim and declare that the said section shall be sold for cash.

SECTION 19, Subdivision of Lot No. 54, containing 5 acres.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, James Prendergast, Knight, Chief Justice, in the name and on behalf of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, and as his duly-appointed Deputy, do hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the Proclamation of the twelfth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, so far as it relates to the section mentioned in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby revoked; and do proclaim and declare that the said section is hereby withdrawn from the village-homestead special-settlement system.
