Notice to Local Authorities under “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886.”
The Treasury,
Wellington, 18th January, 1888.
PURSUANT to section 16 of “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” the Colonial Treasurer hereby gives notice that, on the 20th February next, he will be prepared to consider applications from local authorities for loans under the Act.
Applications should be addressed to the Colonial Treasurer, Wellington, and in the corner of the envelope the words “Local Bodies’ Loans” should be written; and every application must be posted so as to arrive at the Treasury on or before the 18th February.

Approving and appointing a Bonding Warehouse for the Manufacturing of Perfumery, &c.
CUSTOMS.—In exercise of the powers in me for this purpose vested by “The Customs Laws Consolidation Act, 1882,” I, the Commissioner of Trade and Customs, do hereby approve and appoint the under-mentioned premises to be a warehouse or place of security for the manufacture therein of perfumery and other articles in which spirit is a necessary ingredient:—
Port of Dunedin.
A brick building, situate in Great King Street, on Section 26, Block 21, in the City of Dunedin, to be known as
McLEOD’S PERFUMERY BOND.
