NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND :
DISTRICT OF CANTERBURY.
IN the matter of judgments of the Court given during a
session advertised to be opened at Kaiapoi, in the said
district, on the 15th day of October, 1886, and thence sub-
sequently adjourned to Waikouaiti, upon the hearing of
claims to succeed to certain interests in lands situate within
the said district, and known as Kaiapoi and Moeraki ; and
in the matter of the application of Tini Taiaroa for a re-
hearing upon such claims :
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court,
and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me,
do hereby dismiss such application.
