All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood, being called or known as Lot No. 38A of Section No. 2, Parish of Pukekohe, Drury Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Lot No. 38 of Section No. 2 aforesaid, 337 links; towards the east by Lot No. 38B of Section No. 2 aforesaid, 370 links; towards the south by a road, 337 links; and towards the west by a road, 370 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Auckland.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-fifth day of June, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-eight.

the Hampden (Nelson) Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the addition to the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

George Stewart. Thomas Kerr. Robert McNee. William Woodcock. Charles Dowie. HAMPDEN (ADDITION). All that parcel of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 32 perches, more or less, being Section No. 90, Square No. 170, Tutaki Survey District. Bounded on the north by Section No. 92, Square No. 170, 400 links; on the east by Chalgrave Street, 300 links; on the south by Essex Street, 400 links; and on the west by Section No. 94A, Square No. 170, 300 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Nelson.
