A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land
Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare
that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the Procla-
mation of the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-seven, so far as it relates to the
sections enumerated in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the
same is hereby revoked; and do proclaim and declare that
the said sections are hereby withdrawn from the village-
homestead special-settlement system.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the one hundred and sixty-sixth
section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Francis
Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the
Schedules hereto for sale as a village settlement, upon such
terms and conditions which are to be set forth in an Order
in Council to be made under the one hundred and sixty-
seventh section of the said Act.
