NOTICE is hereby given that EDWARD WATERS, Patent Agent, of Melbourne, in the Colony of Victoria, has applied, on behalf of RICHARD JOHNSON AND NEPHEW, of Bradford Ironworks, Manchester, England, Ironmasters and Wire Drawers, to register, under “The Trade Marks Act, 1866,” the trade mark of which the following is a description:—

Description of Trade Mark.
The word “Porcupine” arranged in a semicircle, and surrounded or outlined by a representation of some barbed wire.

Nature of the Article to which it is intended such Trade Mark shall apply.
