DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

N consequence of Mr. STREET'S departure for Victoria, the
Partnership hitherto carried on by him and JOHN LOGAN
has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 31st March
last, and the business will be continued under the same
style of "Street and Logan," by the aforesaid John Logan
on his own account.

OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately
subsisting between us, the undersigned HENRY WOOD
and SAMUEL SINCLAIR, carrying on business as Grain Mer-
chants and Millers at Christchurch, Addington, and Riccarton,
in the Provincial District of Canterbury, under the style or
firm of "Wood, Sinclair, and Company," has been dissolved
by mutual consent as from the thirteenth day of April, 1888.
