THE following special order, made by the Manchester Road Board, is published in accordance with “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER passed by the Manchester Road Board at a Meeting held on the 7th April, 1888.
THAT a special rate of one-eighth of a penny in the pound be made upon the rateable value of the whole of the rateable property within the boundaries of the Manchester Road District, for the purpose of paying interest on a loan of £328 15s., to be borrowed under “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” such rate to be an annual-recurring one for twenty-six years, and payable on the first day of April in each year.
I hereby certify that the above special order has been duly passed by the Manchester Road Board, as required by section 76 of “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

THE following special order, made by the Waipipi Road Board, is published in accordance with “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER.
THAT, in compliance with petitions presented to the Waipipi Road Board under the provisions of “The Road Boards Act, 1882,” and its amendments, the Waipipi Road District shall be divided into five subdivisions, as described in the Schedule hereto, each subdivision to be represented on the Board by one member.
WAIPICI ROAD DISTRICT.
Subdivision No. 1.
Commencing on the coast at the southernmost angle of Section No. 8 of the Parish of Waiuku West. Bounded towards the north-west generally by the south-eastern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 8 and 7 to the road at the eastern angle of last-named lot; thence by a right line to the middle of the aforesaid road, and continuing along the middle of the same to the termination of another right line, being the production southerly of the eastern boundary of Section No. 12; thence by the right line last named and the eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 12 and 4, also of the Parish of Waiuku West, to the road at the north-western angle of Section No. 155 of said parish; thence by another right line to the middle of the road last named, and by a line along the middle of that road to the western boundary of the Waiuku Road District; towards the east by the western boundary of the Waiuku Road District aforesaid to the middle of the Waikato River; towards the south-east by a line along the middle of the Waikato River aforesaid to the entrance; and towards the south-west by a right line to the north head of the Waikato River aforesaid; and thence by high-water mark of the sea to the point of commencement.
Subdivision No. 2.
Commencing at a point on the coast being the termination of a right line running south-westerly from the middle of the road at the southern boundary of Section No. 129 of the Parish of Waipipi. Bounded towards the north-west by the right line aforesaid, and by the middle of the road which forms part of the southern boundary of Section No. 129 aforesaid, and by the middle of said road to Rangiwha, on the Waiuku River; towards the north-east by the Waiuku River and part of the western boundary of the Waiuku Road District to the north-western boundary of Subdivision No. 1, hereinbefore described; towards the south-east by the north-western boundary of Subdivision No. 1 aforesaid to the sea; and towards the south-west by high-water mark of the sea to the commencing-point.
Subdivision No. 3.
Commencing at a point on the coast being the termination of a right line running in a south-westerly direction from the middle of the road at the south-western angle of Section No. 147 of the Parish of Waipipi. Bounded towards the north-west by the right line aforesaid, and by a line along the middle of the road leading to Mokorau, in the Waiuku River; towards the north-east generally by the Waiuku River aforesaid as far as the north-western boundary of Subdivision No. 2, hereinbefore described; towards the south-east by the north-western boundary of Subdivision No. 2 aforesaid to the sea; and towards the south-west by high-water mark of the sea to the commencing-point.
Subdivision No. 4.
Commencing at a point on the coast being the middle of the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of Section No. 385 of the Parish of Waipipi. Bounded towards the north-west by the middle of the aforesaid road to the north-western boundary of Section No. 217 of the said parish; thence by the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Section No. 217 aforesaid; thence by a line which forms part of the southern boundary of Section No. 219, and by said line produced easterly to the middle of the road which also forms part of the southern boundary of Section No. 219 afore
