In pursuance of the powers vested in me by "The Thermal Springs Districts Act, 1881," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby authorise
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE ROTORUA TOWN BOARD
to be the person to receive the license fees for springs or baths and all other revenue arising in the district described in the Proclamation dated the 12th October, 1881, and in the Township of Rotorua, as respectively proclaimed and established under the said Act, vice H. D. Johnson, Esq.
