Land Transfer Act Notices.

WHEREAS a declaration has been lodged with me, made on behalf of the registered Proprietor of part of Section 79, Block VI., Town District, of the loss of the certificate of title for the said land, dated the 12th day of November, 1879, Register-book, Vol. xlviii., folio 141: I hereby give notice that I intend to issue a provisional certificate of title for the said land to WILLIAM WILLS, of Dunedin, Insurance Secretary, unless caveat be lodged here forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of publication hereof.
