I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Golconda Gold-mining Company as a Limited
Company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies
Act, 1886.”

  1. The name of the company is to be the Golconda Gold-
    mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of intended operations is on the dividing
    range between the Waitahu River and Boatman’s Creek,
    being the land formerly held by the Orlando Gold-mining
    Company (Limited), in the District of Boatman’s, in the
    County of Inangahua, New Zealand.
  3. The registered office of the company will be in Broad-
    way, Reefton, in the county and colony aforesaid.
  4. The nominal capital of the company is twenty-four
    thousand pounds, divided into twenty-four thousand shares
    of one pound each, of which ten shillings per share has been
    agreed to be considered paid up.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four
    thousand, being the entire number of shares in the company.
  6. The name of the Manager is Patrick Brennan.

Limited Company, under the provisions of “The Mining
Companies Act, 1886.”

    Gold-mining Company (Limited).

    range between the Waitahu River and Boatman’s Creek,
    north of and adjoining the Lone Star Gold-mining Company’s
    lease, in the district of Boatman’s, in the County of Inanga-
    hua, New Zealand.
