SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Provincial District of Marlborough situate in the Linkwater Survey District, estimated to contain 400 acres. Bounded generally towards the north by the waters of Queen Charlotte Sound from the Native reserve in Ngakuta Bay to a public reserve at Wedge Point; thence generally towards the east and south by that reserve, Shakespeare Bay, Picton Suburban Section No. 1, and the bridle-track between Shakespeare and Ngakuta Bays; and towards the west by the said Native reserve: excepting therefrom Section No. 7, District of Queen Charlotte Sound, and the Native reserve in Whenuanui Bay; as the same is more particularly shown on the map deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Blenheim.
Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General in Her Majesty’s Army, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Companion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the thirty-first day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three, in so far as it relates to the section of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto, which was, with other lands, set apart for sale on deferred payments under the provisions of “The Land Act, 1877.”

SECTION 7, Block XI., Greenvale District, 239 acres 1 rood 17 perches.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one hundred and ninety-seventh section of “The Land Act, 1885,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and ninety-eight to two hundred and nineteen of Part VII. of “The Land Act, 1885,” relating to small grazing runs.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one hundred and sixty-second section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the blocks of land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for the Pemberton, Birmingham, Woodville-Mangahao, and Sandon Special Settlements, upon the terms and conditions fixed by an Order in Council issued on the fifth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five, and made under the one hundred and sixty-third section of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
PEMBERTON SPECIAL SETTLEMENT.
ALL that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 8,400 acres, situate in Blocks III., IV., and VII., Apiti Survey District, in the Provincial District of Wellington. Bounded towards the north by Crown lands, by Section No. 13, by a public road, and by Section No. 10, 439 chains; towards the east by Crown lands, by Section No. 23, by a public road, and by the Oroua River, 621 chains; towards the south by Section No. 43, by the Oroua River, by Crown lands, and by a public road, 383 chains; and towards the west by Crown lands and by a public road, 215 chains.
BIRMINGHAM SPECIAL SETTLEMENT.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement about 10,500 acres, situate in Block XVI., Ongo Survey District, and Blocks XIII. and XIV., Apiti Survey District, in the Provincial District of Wellington. Bounded towards the north by Blocks IX. and X., Apiti Survey District, about 280 chains; towards the east by the Oroua River, about 600 chains; towards the south by Sections Nos. 264, 265, 266, 190, and 189, Kiwitea Block, about 401 chains; and towards the north-west by the Kiwitea Stream, about 500 chains.
WOODVILLE-MANGAHAO SPECIAL SETTLEMENT.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement about 6,000 acres, situate in Blocks VI., IX., X., and XIII., Mangahao Survey District, in the Provincial District of Wellington. Bounded towards the north by Crown lands, about 182 chains; towards the east by the Mangahao River, about 780 chains; towards the south by Crown lands, about 61 chains; and towards the west by Crown lands, about 565 chains.
SANDON SPECIAL SETTLEMENT.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement about 7,550 acres, situate in Block I., Apiti Survey District, and Blocks IV. and VII., Ongo Survey District, in the Provincial District of Wellington. Bounded towards
