A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the Proclamation of the fifteenth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven, so far as it relates to the sections enumerated in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby revoked; and do proclaim and declare that the said sections are hereby withdrawn from the village homestead special-settlement system, in order that they may be sold by public auction for cash.
