NOTICE is hereby given that a final General Meeting of the above Company will be held in the Public Hall, Kawakawa, on Friday, the 6th day of January, 1888, at 7.30 o’clock p.m.
Business: The Liquidators will lay before the meeting an account showing how the company’s property has been disposed of; and to answer any questions or give any explanation in connection therewith.

IN pursuance of section 11 of “The Foreign Companies Act, 1884,” notice is hereby given that after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice the J. Kitchen and Sons and Apollo Company (Limited) will cease to carry on business in the Colony of New Zealand under the Foreign Companies Act, and after the expiration of the above time the J. Kitchen and Sons and Apollo Company (Limited) will carry on business as usual as a company registered in New Zealand under “The Companies Act, 1882.”
