Land Transfer Act Notices.
A DECLARATION of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. xvi., folio 211, to ANN ELIZA McLENNAN, wife of JOHN McLENNAN, of Feilding, Farmer, for part of Section 45, Whenuakura District, having been lodged with me, notice is hereby given that a provisional certificate of title will be issued after the expiration of fourteen days from the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, unless in the meantime caveat be lodged forbidding the same.

WHEREAS application has been made to me by JAMES HARRISON, Storekeeper, and JOHN PAUL TUCKER, Blacksmith, both of Whangarei, to register a dealing with Sections 68, 98, 44, 47, 48, and 62 of the Town of Kamo, and Section 28 of the Parish of Kaitara, as described in certificates of title, Vol. xxxiv., folios 94 and 95; Vol. xxiii., folio 44; Vol. vi., folio 98; Vol. xxxv., folio 117; and Vol. xxvii., folio cxxxvi.: And whereas declaration has been lodged that the said certificates have been burnt: Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to register the above dealing and issue provisional certificate for said land unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 3rd day of November next.

PUBLIC NOTICE.
TAIERI COUNTY.
NOTICE is hereby given that, under the provisions of "The Public Works Act, 1882," it is the intention of the Taieri County Council to take land for a road through the following properties, viz., through Section 12 and part of 11, and through Section 57, Block VIII., Dunedin and East Taieri District.
Plan showing line of proposed road is open for inspection at the house of Mr. John McColl, Saddle Hill. All persons affected by the proposed road are hereby called upon and required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objection to the execution of such works or the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Council Office, at Mosgiel.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by commission dated the eighth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven, under the hand of His Honour Sir James Prendergast, Knight, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and the seal of the said Court, the above-named and described Walter Croft was duly appointed to be and act as a Commissioner of the said Supreme Court of New Zealand in the Colony of Tasmania, for the purpose of administering and taking all such oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in section 2 of the said Act are mentioned.
