IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded on the North by the adjoining Section No. 45, in the same district, 1620 links; on the East 618 links, and on the South-east 566 and 310 links, by the other part of the same Section No. 44; and on the West 695 links, and on the South-west 895 links, by a road 50 links wide reserved through the said section: excepting, however, thereout the piece of land containing 2 acres 3 roods, measuring on the north-east side 300 links, on the north-west side 430 links, on the south-east side 650 links, and fronting the road aforesaid on the western side and southern side 320 and 360 links respectively; as the same is described in the deed registered in the Deeds Registry, Wellington, Vol. iii., folio 757. |

Returning Officers appointed for Elections in Counties in which Act is not in Operation.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by section ninety-one of “The Counties Act, 1886,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the persons named in the Schedule hereto to be the Returning Officers to conduct the election of County Councillors for the Counties of Eden, Manukau, Raglan, Oroua, Marlborough, Ashley, and Peninsula. Such Returning Officers to conduct the election of a Councillor or Councillors for the riding placed opposite to their respective names in the said Schedule.
