In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

ALFRED STURGES and
JAMES ATKINSON

to be Trustees, in the place of Josiah Box and George Hotham, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Otahuhu Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on the seventh day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven.
