I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Beaconsfield Gold-mining Company as a Limited Company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1886,” and the amendments thereof.
- The name of the company is to be the Beaconsfield Gold-mining Company (Limited).
- The place of operations is at Waimangaroa, in the County of Buller.
- The registered office of the company will be situated at Palmerston Street, Westport, in the Provincial District of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand.
- The nominal capital of the company is twenty-four thousand pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of one pound each, of which ten shillings per share is considered to be paid up.
